What further information we will ask for

To fully understand a customers circumstances and to help us take an informed decision about how we can help a customer we will need further details about a customer. We will need to formally validate and confirm the following:

Identity
Income and Expenditure
- Evidence of Income/benefits
- Details of outgoings

What is a Credit Search?

We carry out a check with a credit reference agency based on the personal details customers give us.

On a full loan application we need a customer’s permission to carry out a full search.

How we keep your data confidential

We are registered with the information commissionars office.

A customer may repay their loan with a debit card. We do not store any details.

If a customer chooses to pay by continuous card payment their details are encrypted by our IT company.
